Apple Chutney Dip

Ingredients

4 apples, chopped

1/2 onion, diced

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 Tbsp grated orange peel

2 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced

1/8 tsp ground cloves

1 bay leaf

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 package cream cheese, for serving

1 bag Way Better Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips

Preparation

Combine everything, except for the cream cheese and chips, together in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Bring to a simmer, and cook for about an hour, stirring regularly.

Season with extra sugar as needed to suit your taste.
