It’s no surprise that chips and spicy tomato salsa are our go to appetizer in the summer. And while we love that spicy dip, when our tastes turn to lighter fare in the Spring we like to experiment with fruit salsas. Fruit salsas are a fun appetizer to serve at brunch, over chicken, or on in tacos filled with seafood or spicy black beans. For this fruit salsa we used jucy mangos for a tangy and fresh salsa. The sweetness of the mango goes wonderfully with the spicy crunch of Way Better Sweet Chili Tortilla Chips for a snack that tastes of sunshine and warmer days.
