Greek Nachos are a refreshing twist on traditional nacho flavors. With a combination of feta cheese, kalamata olives, tomatoes, red onion and a simple tzatziki suace it packs a bold flavor punch. These nachos don’t require any cooking, so they’re a fresh tasting snack for all the warm days ahead. Tzatziki Sauce is a cool and tangy cucumber dip served with grilled meats and vegetables. We used Tzatziki Sauce instead of cheese to top our Greek Nachos and give them authentic Greek flavor.

Ingredients

Tzatziki Sauce:

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 small cucumber, diced (about 3/4 cup)

1 lemon juice, or more to taste

1 clove garlic, minced

salt and pepper, to taste

Greek Nachos:

2 servings Way Better Snacks Simply Sunny Multigrain Tortilla Chips

1/3 cup cherry tomatoes sliced in half

1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved

3 tablespoons diced red onion

3 tablespoons feta cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley or mint

Preparation

Make tzatziki sauce:

Stir together Greek yogurt diced cucumber, lemon juice, garlic. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Set side while assembling nachos.

Make the nachos:

Arrange Way Better Snacks Simple Sunny Multigrain Tortilla Chips on two plates. Drizzle the tortilla chips with Tzatziki Sauce.

Dividing remaining ingredients between the two plates, top nachos with tomatoes, olives, onion, feta cheese and parsley.

Serve Greek Nachos with extra Tzatziki Sauce on the side.
