With just a handful of avocados, a few cloves of fresh garlic and some basic seasonings, you’ll whip together an avocado dip that will rival anyone’s favorite guacamole. And, it’s way easier!

Smashed Avocado Garlic Dip


Ingredients

4 ripe avocados

4 cloves garlic, smashed and finely diced

1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Lime Zest

Sea salt

Pomegranate Seeds

Way Better Snacks Unbeatable Blues tortilla chips

Preparation

De-pit, and scoop out the avocado into a bowl. Put the avocado into a food processor and blend until it creates a smooth consistency. *Or you can mush with a fork depending on the consistency you want!

Smash 4 cloves of garlic. Finely dice and add it to the processed avocado.

Put the avocado mixture into a bowl and add 2 table spoons of Olive Oil, and the Red Pepper Flakes, and mix together with a fork.

Zest the lime over the top of the dip and top with Pomegranate seeds and a sprinkle of salt. Serve with Way Better Unbeatable Blues sprouted tortilla chips.
