Do you think ho-hum when you hear hummus? It’s time to turn that around, and give a full bellied Ho-Ho-Ho! Hummus is one of the easiest appetizers to whip up for friends, and there are simple tricks to make it a crowd pleaser at any holiday party this season. Don’t worry if you have been indulging in the pounds of chocolate hanging out in your office cafeteria (It’s okay. We have, too.), this light and bright dip will be the perfect respite. One of the best things about hummus for the holidays is that it helps feed the whole gang. Low in sugar, dairy free, vegan… everyone will be able to dip with gusto and revel in its deliciousness. The holidays are so often filled with cheese-heavy, food coma inducing dishes that (are delicious – don’t get me wrong) can have you craving a little lighter fare. This white bean holiday dip is brightened with fresh orange juice and zest. It will have your guests wishing for more holiday cheer! This white bean dip is the ticket. Melissa developed a recipe that is brightened with fresh citrus, the punch of orange juice and zest wakes up your palette. It doesn’t hurt that she paired it with our favorite seasonal topping. Dried cranberries add a pop of color and a touch of tang to this delicious dip!
