If you are invited to a party this summer, chances are the host is taking care of the main dish (hello, grilled goodies!) and has asked the guests to bring a side dish. In the heat of summer, easy prep and keeping the kitchen cool are top priorities – so what to bring? Grab a bag or two of your favorite Way Better Snacks and stir together a quick and creamy dip packed with flavor to share with your friends. This recipe from McKenzie Hall, a registered dietitian and nutritionist, is a twist on the classic store-bought spinach dips that spring up at backyard barbeques. It’s packed with calcium and iron, the perfect pair for supporting women’s health and for summertime snacking.
