Fourth of July is the quintessential weekend of summer: celebration, friends, family, American pride, reflection on our history. And delicious, of-the-season food. This red, white, and blue fruit salsa is no exception. The blend of pear, strawberry, blackberries, and blueberries are elevated by a spicy pop of jalapeño and a fresh twist of lime and chopped cilantro. Feel free to swap and substitute or eliminate berries per your preference or your farmers’ market’s selection! Serve this on a platter with bags of your favorite Way Better Snacks, and you’ll have a happy backyard of festive partygoers. Happy Fourth of July!
